  • Autodesk announced its agreement to acquire MaintainX (~$3.6B all-cash; AI-powered work-order and maintenance-management platform, vertical SaaS, US) – announced on May 28, 2026; the deal is Autodesk's largest acquisition ever and folds MaintainX (expected >$135M ARR in 2026, growth >50%) into a new Autodesk Operations Solutions unit alongside Tandem and Fusion Operations, extending Autodesk from design into factory and facility operations workflows.
