  • Advice: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator with tools like Eva Boot or Wizza to export contacts and emails, build account lists in Clay, match contacts at 50-75% rate, append personal emails for Meta ads at lower cost than LinkedIn

Topic 2: Domain Acquisition from Uncooperative Seller

  • Challenges: Historical legal dispute preventing direct negotiation, need for anonymous outreach to acquire domain
  • Advice: Use anonymous brokers or have community members facilitate negotiations, consider professional domain brokers (though they charge 5-10% fees)

Topic 3: AI Tools and Search API Market Mapping

  • Challenges: Unfamiliarity with lesser-known AI API tools on the right side of market map (SERP API, Firecrawl, etc.)
  • Advice: Firecrawl scrapes entire web for AI training data, sells to major AI companies for $10K-$250K depending on scope, primarily serves data pipeline needs

Topic 4: Marketing Team Structure for $10M ARR Company

  • Challenges: Building marketing foundation from scratch, determining team size and roles, deciding between in-house vs outsourced talent
  • Advice: Focus on three core roles (Paid Media Manager, Content Creator, ABM List Builder), aim for 4-6 person team, consider outsourcing 50-70% through South African talent for cost efficiency, use services like Recruit for $2,700/month hires

Topic 5 : SaaS Marketplaces and Review Sites

  • Challenges: Uncertainty about ROI from SaaS referral marketplaces, determining which platforms are worth the investment for MarTech companies
  • Advice: Capterra, G2, GetApp, and Software Advice can work but require careful monitoring; aim for positions 2-4 rather than #1 to avoid overpaying; build review moats over time; Software Advice offers higher quality leads through phone qualification but uses bidding system making it expensive

Topic 6: LinkedIn Automation Tool

  • Challenges: Need for better LinkedIn messaging automation beyond traditional sequence-based tools
  • Advice: New AI-native tool Kakio enables conversational messaging rather than just sequences, generates unique messages for each prospect, uses informal chat style

  • Advice: Google AI Studio can transform reports from "ugly" to "good" in minutes using raw HTML; can create infographics from blog posts; Google's Gemini 3 fixed spelling issues in AI graphics; Stitch tool provides alternative UX concepts beyond just design improvements
